Building High Performance Teams

A follow-up to our popular Foundations of Effective Teams Workshop, Building High Performance Teams is designed to reinvigorate team members and to establish a roadmap to continued performance. The workshop blends classroom work with adventure-based activities and group assessment tools to provide team members new insights into their own core behaviors and those of their teams. Through discussion and action, teams will create a roadmap to developing a collaborative relationship that recognizes and values the contributions of each member. Groups will further explore the role accountability plays in the journey to continuous improvement and higher performance.
