Our team and leadership workshops are designed for intact teams and management groups who are seeking to expand their skill sets and gain a greater understanding into current team and leadership theory. In addition to traditional class work, scientific assessment tools, business simulations, and interactive activities are utilized to ensure that learning is happening and that new skills are transferred directly back to the workplace.

Most workshops are modular in nature and can be conducted as one or two day programs. Our core competency modules are excellent workshop add-ons and will work in conjunction with the offered curriculum below or as an addition to our team building programs. Joe Dumars' Fieldhouse has been the premiere location for pick-up basketball, athletic development programs, and competitive league play—basketball, roller hockey, field hockey, sand/indoor volleyball—since 1995. Youth academies, camps, court rentals, Bayou Adventure, custom events, incredible facility, innovative programs, and a dedicated staff keep individuals, families, community agencies, and corporations coming back time and again.
