Buzzer Beaters Teambuilding Program

This program is specially designed for sales teams who are constantly working against the buzzer. Teams will be led through a series of fast-paced activities that require them to pull their resources, make decisions on the fly, and work in concert to solve complex problems. Teams will be faced with dynamically changing environments where the constraints change, the unusual occurs, and comfort zones are challenged. Time will be spent between activities debriefing the incident and group response, making connections to work, and setting action plans to improve performance and maximize systems.

The full-day Buzzer Beater program is designed to work in conjunction with Self-Management Group's, SALESPRO Assessment Tool. The SALESPRO provides each candidate with an overview of strengths and some career counselling on what to seek and what to avoid in career paths.

Our Buzzer Beater program can be run in half-day or full-day sessions, or combined with one or more of our core competency modules to create a two-day workshop. Programs are available at the Joe Dumars Fieldhouse, or can be conducted at alternate locations, such as parks, resorts, or your facility
