Ropes Facilitator for School, Youth and Community
Programs
We have several positions to fill for trainees and
for experienced facilitators of Group Initiatives and Low and High Ropes
Programs interested in working with school, youth, and community groups.
We are seeking employees for full and part-time, weekdays and weekends
employment.
The position offers the opportunity to work with experienced
professionals in the field in a casual environment. Work with interesting
people in the out-of-doors and gain valuable leadership and group processing
skills. Have the opportunity to work with school, community, and professional
groups from in and around the Detroit Metropolitan area. This experience
will be especially valuable for prospective teachers and those who plan
to work in the area of human services.
Pay averages between $7.50 and $15.00 an hour, depending
upon skill and prior experience. For those who are new to adventure
challenge programming, we will pay you to train.

Facilitator and Trainer for Corporate and Professional
Programs
Seeking trainers who are versatile in the classroom
and outside. We have several positions to fill for experienced corporate
trainers and organizational development consultants. Five or more years
or group facilitation experience, leadership and team development training,
instructional design, or organizational development preferred.
Position requires excellent interpersonal, communication
(written and verbal), and presentational skills. Experience with Power
Point and presentation technology a plus. Some travel may be required.
Pay is dependent on experience and availability.

Seasonal, part-time Facilitators
If you are currently working or have worked as a
challenge course facilitator in Southeastern Michigan and are looking
for occasional work during the spring and fall, send your resume and
